Who Can Enter

1.         Entrants must be legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older and have lawful access to the Internet with a valid e-mail address.

2.         Employees of Ski NH, affiliated ski areas, and the immediate family members of such employees, are ineligible.

How To Enter

1.         NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS CONTEST.  A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.  Only one entry per e-mail address.  In the event of a dispute, Sponsor will deem each entry to have been submitted by the holder of the e-mail account from which it was sent.  The contest begins when posted on October 20, 2009 and all entries must be received by 11:59 PM on March 31, 2010.

2.         To enter, access the online contest entry form at www.SkiNH.com and follow all instructions to complete the online contest entry form.

Sponsor is not responsible for error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware, or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry, winner(s) or other contest information by Sponsor or entrants for any reason whatsoever.  Sponsor is also not responsible for any injury or damage to any entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from playing or downloading any materials in the Contest or for entries that are late, misdirected or incomplete.  All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.  CAUTION:  ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATIONS OF THE CONTEST IS A VIOLATION OF THE CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.  Sponsor reserves the right to cancel the contest if it becomes technically corrupted.

3.       Grand Prize and other winners will be selected by random drawing from among valid entries on or about March 31, 2010.

The Prizes

1.         Grand Prize winner will receive a ski and stay package at the Woodstock Inn, Station & Brewery in North Woodstock, NH. All persons traveling must be 18 years of age or over, unless a traveler under 18 is accompanied by at least one adult who is the parent or legal guardian of each minor.  The Grand Prize winner is responsible for all travel-related expenses not expressly stated in the prize description, including, without limitation, meals, beverages, gratuities, transportation to and from each resort, taxes and surcharges.  Travel dates subject to availability and travel must be completed by April 1, 2011.  Blackout dates and other restrictions may apply.

           Prizes for other winners include North Face clothing, Ski NH lift tickets, Ski NH t-shirts, and other prizes to be listed by October 31, 2009.

2.         Winners will be notified via email on or about March 31, 2010.   If a winner cannot be reached within 7 days, then that prize will be awarded to an alternate winner selected by random drawing.

3.         Prizes can not be redeemed for cash or substituted for any other items by the winner.  The winner cannot assign or transfer prize.  Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a comparable prize of like or greater value, including cash, for any prize, for any reason.

4.         The winner is responsible for all local, county, state, and federal taxes on prizes based on the value of the prizes set forth in these rules.

5.         Only one prize will be awarded per household.

Odds of Winning Miscellaneous  
1.         Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.

2.         Complete contest rules are available Monday through Friday during normal business hours at Ski NH/White Mountain Visitor Center, Route 112, North Woodstock, NH 03262, and online at www.SkiNH.com through March 31, 2010.  

3.         For a list of prize winners, send a separate, self-addressed, stamped envelope after March 31, 2010 to: PO Box 528, North Woodstock, NH 03262.

4.                 This contest is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law, including without limitation, in jurisdictions requiring registration, filing, trust account, or posting of a bond, or any other requirements or disclosures that are not expressly satisfied by these rules.

5.                  By entering, participants represent that they are eligible, and agree (a) to be bound by these rules and the decisions of the judges, (b) to release Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize, and (c) to Sponsor's use of participants' personal information as described in Sponsor's Privacy Policy located at www.SkiNH.com.
