The summit of Tenney Mountain at 2,149 feet offers breathtaking panoramic views that stretch from the Lakes Region all the way to the Presidential Range of the White Mountains. Tenney is also easy to get to-you can see us from Interstate 93 in Plymouth. We're just five minutes from Exit 26 on Route 3A, just south of Tenney Mountain Highway!

In addition to our normal ski area operations, White Mountain Exploration has teamed up with The Eastern Mountain Sports Exploration Schools to create an Adventure Basecamp for outdoor exploration. Programs will run year round and include ice climbing, telemark skiing, backcountry excursions, snowshoeing, kayaking, mountain biking, rock climbing and much more. Future plans for Tenney include many improvements for the ski area, making White Mountain Exploration at Tenney Mountain the number one location for outdoor exploration and adventure.

SERVICES Learn to ski or snowboard package - $50pp - A complete package for first time skiers or snowboarders. This package includes a 1 ½ hour novice lesson, ski or snowboard equipment rentals and a 1-day novice-area* lift ticket. For ages 6 and older. Classes start at 10 am, 11:30 am or 1:30 pm. Group lessons for ski or snowboard - $28pp - Ski or snowboard lessons for all ability levels in a group setting usually with 8 or fewer people. Learn new skills or hone up on previous skills. For ages 6 and older. Private lessons for ski or snowboard - $50 - One-on-one hour long ski or snowboard lessons for all ability levels. Each additional hour is $30. Semi-private lessons - $37pp - Small group (2-5 people) ski and snowboard lessons for all ability levels. Each additional hour is $20 per person. Tenney Tots - Intro to Skiing - 3 yrs. This introduction to skiing offers kid friendly programs that emphasize FUN.
Tenney Tigers - 4 to 6 yrs. This program offers more on snow instruction combined with day care activities to keep it fun. Children will be placed depending on their level of ability.
Cutting Edge Kids - 7 to 12 yrs Ski or Ride (Levels 1-6). This program offers even more on snow instruction with opportunities for fun and adventure.
