Washington to the west and the Atlantic Ocean to the east, Wildcat Mountain offers the consummate New England ski experience with its rich history, plentiful high-elevation natural snow, a wide variety of terrain, long season, and a classic, friendly ski culture-complete with hearty après events! The Wildcat Mountain Ski School offers ski, snowboard and telemark programs to match the terrain you wish to ski and ride, from beginner to expert; and the Lion's Den Children's Center ski programs start at age three. The Wildcat Express quad is New England's most powerful high-speed summit quad lift, whisking skiers to 4,062 feet in just 6 minutes, and provides access to over 2,100 vertical feet of skiing and riding, uncrowded slopes, and the #1 scenery in North America (SKI Magazine, Oct. 2008). And this season Fly Wildcat Mountain at speeds up to 45 mph on the half-mile ZipRider zip-line cable ride (to operate as scheduled, weather permitting).
