Programs For Tots to Teens, All Season LongThe programs and activities for winter fun at these resorts have plenty of options for kids of all ages. Programs for younger skiers combine personal attention, safety, and instruction along with the opportunity to make new friends on the slope. For older kids and teens, there's halfpipes, terrain parks, snowtoys, night skiing, snowtubing and fun events to enter or watch. At Ski NH winter resorts, family members can do their own thing, depending on age, ability, and interest, while at the same time building great family memories of being together for winter fun.
Please note - Programs usually include a lesson & the appropriate lift ticket. Full-day programs generally include lunch. Some full-day programs include rental equipment in the price of the program, but for most programs, there is an additional charge if your child needs a rental ski or snowboard package.
- Adventure Kids Skiers & Low Riders Snowboarders are geared for kids ages 7-12. The programs work on skills from learning to ski and ride to mogul skiing and terrain park riding. Cost: full day $79; full day with rental equipment $94; half day $59; half day with rental equipment $74.
- Kids ages 4-6 can enjoy Buddy Bear Kids with half and full day programs focusing on fun-filled adventures. Cost: full day $79; full day with rental equipment $94; half day $59; half day with rental equipment $74.
- Tiny Turns is for children ages 3-5 and introduces them to fun on the snow through a one-on-one private clinic. Cost: full day $79
- Day care is available for kids ages 6 months-6 years old.
- Kids ages 6-12 who can ride a chairlift and handle beginner terrain can enjoy the Black Mountain Bears program. Cost: full day $89; half day $79.
- The Black Mountain Cubs daily program is offered for both first-timers and those who are able to handle novice terrain, ages 3-5 years old . Cost: full day $99.
- Play care is also available for ages 1-5 years old. Cost: half day with lunch $45; full day with lunch $75.
- The Hobbit Ski Program is a daily program for ages 4-12 that places children in groups based on ability, and works on improving their skiing and riding in a fun environment. Cost: full day $115; half day $85.
- The Hobbit Snowboard Program is a daily program for ages 6-12 that places children in groups based on ability, and works on improving their skiing and riding in a fun environment. Cost: full day $115; half day $85.
- The Hobbit Ski & Snowplay Program is a daily program for ages 3-5 that includes nursery supervision, group lessons & rental equipment. Cost: full day $115; half day $85.
- The Babes in the Woods Nursery is available for ages 2 months-5 years. Cost: full day $85; half day $55.
- The Family Interchangeable Ticket allows mom and dad to share babysitting duties and take turns hitting the slopes.
- Mountain Explorers is a full- or half-day instructional program for kids ages 8-12. Children are grouped according to age & ability. Cost: full day $96; full day with rental equipment $113; half day $72; half day with rental equipment $91. Multi-day discounts are available.
- Cannon Kids is a daily instructional program for kids ages 4-7. Children are grouped according to age & ability. Cost: full day $96; full day with rental equipment $113; half day $72; half day with rental equipment $91. Multi-day discounts are available.
- Day care is available for ages 6 months and older. Cost: full day with lunch $72; half day $43; $13/hour (2 hour minimum). If your toddler is old enough to ski but not old enough for Cannon Kids, you can purchase a full day day care with skiing for $103, or a half day day care with skiing for $91.
- KidsRule Mountain Camp is for kids ages 3-14 and includes skiing, indoor/outdoor play, instruction and lunch. Cost for a full day is $115.
- I Wanna Snowboard is a one hour private snowboard program for ages 5-7, and includes rental equipment. Cost: $79.
- I Wanna Ski is a one hour private ski program for ages 3-5, and includes rental equipment. Cost: $79.
- The Cranmore Supervised Playroom is available for ages 6 months-5 years. Cost: full day $65; half day $40; $15/hour.
- Mini-Radicals for kids ages 3-4 includes indoor and outdoor activities with a basic introduction to skiing. Cost: three hour session $70; three hour session with rental equipment: $85; add an afternoon session for $35.
- Radicals for kids ages 5-10 divides children according to ability and age and focus on improving skills through on-snow experience. Cost: three hour session $70; three hour session with rental equipment $85; add an afternoon session for $35.
- Groms is similiar to the Radicals program with a focus on snowboarding (ages 6-10). Cost: three hour session $70; three hour session with rental equipment $85; add an afternoon session for $35.
- Snow Camps at Granite Gorge, for ages 5-12, are full day lessons offered February 21-23. Cost: $80/day or $100/day with rental equipment.
- Base Camp IV - Elevation 8,000-13,000 feet is for ages 8-13. Half and full day programs provide lots of skiing or riding time. Cost: full day $95; half day $80; rental equipment $20 additional; six pack of full day lessons $475; six pack of half day lessons $400; six pack of rentals $100.
- Sick Trick Camp is for ages 8-13. Learn new tricks or stick those you've been working on, with the help of coaches in the Blundersmoke Terrain Park. Cost: full day $95; half day $80; rental equipment $20 additional; six pack of full day lessons $475; six pack of half day lessons $400; six pack of rentals $100.
- Base Camp II - Elevation 4,000-5,000 feet for ages 4-7 is a full day program that offers an opportunity to be on snow in the morning and enjoy the day care atmosphere during the afternoon. Cost: $95; rental equipment $20 additional; six pack of lessons $475; six pack of rentals $100.
- Base Camp I - Elevation 3,000 feet for 3 year olds is a full day program that focuses on fun. Cost: $80; rental equipment $20 additional; six pack of lessons $400; six pack of rentals $100.
- Child care is available for ages 6 months & older. Cost for 6 months-3 years: full day $64; half day $54; $16/hour (minimum 2 hours); six pack of full day care $320; six pack of half day care $270. Cost for 3 years and older: full day $60; half day $50; $16/hour (minimum 2 hours); six pack of full day care $300; six pack of half day care $250.
- King Pine Day Camp, for ages 4-7, all abilities, is available on Saturdays, Sundays & holiday periods. All day camp includes a morning & afternoon lesson and rentals; cost $105. Half day camp includes a morning or afternoon lesson and rentals; cost $60.
- Cub Club Nursery is available for infants-age 6. Cost: full day $40; $9/hour (2 hour minimum); $2/day surcharge for infants.
- King Pine Ski Camp is offered during the February vacation weeks (Feb 20-26 and Feb 26-Mar 2) for ages 8-16 and is the longest running ski camp in the country-in its 74th year! Kids ski and ride during the day including on-snow classes and have nights filled with activities while staying in dorm accomodations. Tuition includes lodging, meals, lessons & program. Cost: week #1 $799; week #2 $649.
- Park and Pipe Progression Camp is a full-day program offered on Saturdays & Sundays for skiers and riders ages 10-17 who want to optimize their park and pipe experience. Cost: lift/lesson/lunch: $145; lesson/lunch: $130.
- Discovery Camp is designed for skiers and riders of all abilities, ages 7-12. Cost: full day lift/lesson/lunch/rental: $150; full day lift/lesson/lunch: $125; full day lesson/lunch: $105; half day lift/lesson/lunch/rental: $135; half day lift/lesson/lunch: $110; half day lesson/lunch: $85
- Kinder Bear includes a two-hour lesson in the morning and another two-hour lesson in the afternoon. It's for skiers & snowboarders ages 4-6 and all ability levels. Cost: full day $125; half day morning lift/lesson/lunch $105; half day afternoon lift/lesson: $90.
- P.K. Boo Bear offers up to one hour of on-hill time in the morning & one hour of on-hill time in the afternoon. Program is for 3 year olds only. Cost: full day $125; half day morning lift/lesson/lunch: $105; half day afternoon lift/lesson: $90.
- Day care includes age-appropriate games & activities, as well as a quiet area for naps, for ages 6 weeks-6 years. Cost: full day $75; half day $65.
- Little Macs Vacation offers the ideal learning environment for young skiers, ages 4-6. The vacation program offers five consecutive days, with a one hour lesson each day, from December 26-30 and February 27-March 2. Class can be taken from 12:30-1:30p or 2-3p. Cost: $135; rental equipment is $50 additional.
- Might Macs Vacation Program offers a perfect way to enjoy school vacation for ages 6-16. The week-long offers five consecutive days of two-hour lessons, including one hour of free ski or ride time once an appropriate level (Level 3) has been reached. Class runs from 9:30-11:30a from December 26-30 and February 27-March 2. Cost: $140; rental equipment is $60 additional.
- Mountain Explorers is designed for 8-12 year olds and is offered as a half day or full day program. It includes an all-mountain lift ticket, ski or snowboard lesson (two lessons in the full day) and equipment rentals. Cost: full day $125; half day $95. Multi-day discounts are available.
- Snow Stars Program is designed for 4-7 year olds and is offered as a half day or full day program. Snowboard lessons are available for those age 6 years & older. It includes an all-mountain lift ticket, lesson & equipment rentals. Cost: full day $125; half day $95. Multi-day discounts are available.
- The Tag-A-Long Program allows a parent to join a private lesson for his/her 3-4 year old and learn the methods of teaching that instructors use in order to be able to reinforce the lesson during future ski days. Cost for one 3-4 year old and one parent: $120.
- Families First allows families to learn how to ski and snowboard together in the same class. Family members must be at least 8 years old. Program includes a two-hour introductory ski or snowboard lesson, rental equipment and learning area lift ticket; cost: $85. Families can then choose to purchase Day 2 & 3 for $110, with lesson, equipment & lift tickets, as well as a drawing for a new helmet and a free Mount Sunapee Flex Card, offering discounts on lift tickets and rentals for the remainder of the season.
- Mother Goose Childcare is available for ages 1-5. Combination packages are also available, which include child care and a one hour private lesson for your 3 or 4 year old. Cost: full day weekend/holiday $80; full day midweek $55; half day weekend/holiday $55; half day midweek $35; full day weekend/holiday with lesson $105; full day midweek with lesson $85; half day weekend/holiday with lesson $95; half day midweek with lesson $65.
- Bear's Club is for ages 6-14; it's available on weekends and holidays. Cost: full day $110; half day $90.
- Starter Special is for the first time skier or snowboarder, ages 6+. Program includes beginner group lesson, rental equipment and full day lift ticket to the Valley beginner area. This is a four day program where you purchase the Starter Special Package on three separate days and then on the fourth day, purchase an all day/all mountain lift ticket to get your season pass good for the rest of the season at Pats Peak. Cost per Starter Special: $80.
- Cub's Club is for ages 3-5 with nursery care, outdoor play and an introduction to skiing; it's available on weekends and holidays. Cost: full day $95; half day $75. Multi-day kids program vouchers are available.
- Cub's Club Nursery is available for ages 4 months-6 years. Cost: $72/day, $12/hour.
- Rookie Rangers and Mountain Riders are for first-time skiers or snowboarders, ages 7-12. Cost: full day $109; half day $79.
- Kids ages 4-6 can take part in Ragged Rockets, developed especially for beginner & intermediate skiers. Cost: full day $109; half day $79.
- Mighty Moose Ski Program is for 3 year olds. Your child is picked up and returned to the nursery by his/her instructor. Program includes up to 1.75 hours of skiing. Cost: full day $85; half day $65.
- Moosery Day Care offers enrichment activities, games and lots of fun. Cost: full day $69; half day $39; $17/hour (2 hour minimum).
- Scouts offers a full day of skiing and riding enjoyment and learning for ages 7-12. Cost: full day $135, discounts for online reservations.
- Explorers offers a morning and/or afternoon lesson for ages 4-6. Cost: full day $109, discounts for online reservations.
- Mogul Mites is a program designed to introduce 3 year olds to the fun of skiing and being outside on the mountain. Cost: full day $109, discounts for online reservations.
- Burton Progression Snowboard Camp is offered on weekends for snowboarders ages 9 - 15 with some riding experience and are now ready to learn how to ride a park. Cost: $135
- A nursery is available for ages 6 months-4 years. Cost: full day $72; half day $62; $25/hour.
- The Lion's Den program is available for kids ages 5-12 for skiing, and kids ages 8-12 for snowboarding and includes lift ticket, lesson and rental equipment. Cost: full day $89; half day $69.
- Snowplay Program is an introduction to skiing for ages 3-4, including a fun on-snow session, rental if necessary, and nursery. Cost: full day $89; half day $69.
- The Kitten Club Nursery offers care for ages 2 months-5 years. Cost: full day $69; half day $49; 5-pack value package full day $259; half day $169.
