SUMMER INFORMATION:Fly across the Pemi River and back again on Loon’s Zip Line. The Aerial Forest Adventure Park moves from platform to platform via bridges, ziplines and other challenges. New Hampshire’s longest scenic Gondola Skyride takes guests to the summit of Loon Peak, where there they can explore the glacial caves, observation tower, self-guided nature walk, mountaintop playground and Summit Café. Kids can hunt for the Loon Lost Gold – pick up a treasure map at the base to navigate the glacial caves and find the treasure. The Loon Mountain Adventure Center offers mountain bike rentals, Franconia Notch Bike Tour, climbing walls, bungee trampoline and zip line that spans the Pemigewasset River. Learn the history of the Loon area on a guided Segway Tour (includes instruction). Loon backs up its superior snow with the best snow guarantee in New England: If you’re not satisfied with the day’s conditions, turn in your lift ticket by 11am and receive a voucher to come back another day this season. Loon’s Snowsports School offers programs for all ages and abilities, and the Adventure Center features cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, ice skating, equipment rentals, tours, indoor climbing wall, and zip line. On weekends and holidays Loon offers their Zip-Line Ride that runs over 700 feet over the Pemigewasset River and back.
