Women's Performance Camp: Session II

It's O K2 ski like a girl. In fact, it's highly encouraged. Run by women, for women, this two-day camp presented by the K2 Ski Alliance features more than 12 hours of women-to-women coaching, video analysis and more.

With the help of expert female coaches and collaborative learning with fellow students, skiers will gain the knowledge and confidence to rip black-diamond steeps, hit the moguls, and break through boundaries. By working together, women will improve their skills and form lasting relationships with each other. This camp is designed for women who ski at an intermediate level or above.

Women's Performance Camps are brought to you with help of K2 and Luna Bar.

Tickets are just $19 per person Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and holiday periods for each 2-hour session | $10 per person Tuesdays 5-7 p.m., Thursdays and Sundays from 4 - 6 p.m.* Tubes are provided by King Pine. One rider per tube.

PLEASE NOTE: We strongly recommend reserving tubing tickets during holiday periods as these times are the most popular. *The $10 Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays per person is not available during Holiday Operating Hours or Sunday, February 26, Tuesday, February 27 and Thursday, March 1, 2018. Sunday 4-6 p.m. also not available on our final day of the season, Sunday, April 1.

Weekly Guided Snowshoe Tour

Depart every Saturday (weather permitting) from the Touring Center at 1:00 pm. Ideal for first-timers and novices interested in learning basic techniques.

Join us any Saturday afternoon for a guided snowshoe walk along the East Branch and Saco rivers. This is a great way to try this winter activity which is gaining in popularity with each season. 

The tour will last between 1.5 - 2 hours covering a distance of fewer than 2 miles at an easy pace suitable for all ages and abilities. Learn about the trees and wildlife and search for animal tracks while learning basic snowshoeing technique and bushwacking skills.

The Hannes Schneider Meister Cup is unlike any ski race in history. It combines the best of skiing today with the warm nostalgia of yesterday. It honors the founding father of ski instruction, Austrian Hannes Schneider, who brought his world-renowned skills to North Conway and Mt. Cranmore in 1939. Schneider introduced skiing fun and excitement to millions around the globe.

A Cranmore fan favorite, the 22nd Annual Hannes Schneider Meister Cup Weekend will take place March 9th through March 11th. 

The event kicks off Friday night with a Tyrolean-themed dinner, EMS Twilight Skinning Tour & a torchlight parade.

Entering its 18th year, Last Call has grown into the biggest snowboarding event on the east coast yet has been deemed "one of the most laid-back huck fests" by Transworld Snowboarding.

Snowboarders from around the globe flock to Loon Mountain to vie for the $4000 cash purse and cut their teeth on the next-level park features created specifically for this event. Professional riders like Pat Moore, Chas Guldemond, Scott Stevens, Bode Merrill and Chris Grenier have all dropped in at Last Call and that elite list will continue to grow this year. King Pine Cardboard Box Derby

Build a cardboard box racer (for two or four racers) with your own theme and bring your own theme music and race down our special racecourse. Racers must be built entirely out of cardboard (no wood or metal allowed). Boxes may be held together with tape, glue or stitched. Contestants are encouraged to wear helmets.

  • Registration begins at 12:00 p.m. in the Fireplace Room
  • Inspection and style judging at 12:00 p.m., Race begins at 1:00 p.m.
  • Race location is at the base of the Open Slope
  • Print out the registration form in advance!

Awards will be presented after completion of the race at the base of the Open Slope. Prizes will be awarded for style, speed, and durability.

Join us for our Bretton Woods Demo Days this winter! At these demos, skiers will be able to test the newest gear from vendors such as Rossignol, K-2 and Armada. See below for a full list of brands.

The best part is that these demos will be right on the snow; so no need to get off the slopes! Just visit the demo area next to the canopy tour building at Bretton Woods for a custom fit set of skis (and sometimes boards) and an opportunity to discover a new favorite. Use of demo skis at these events are complimentary and skiers will be required to fill out and sign a release form.

31st ANNUAL BRETTON WOODS BEACH PARTY

Join us on Saturday, March 31st for our 31st Annual Bretton Woods Beach Party. As the 2017-18 ski season draws to a close, there’s no better time to sneak in the last few runs of the year while soaking up the sweet springtime sun. Spring skiing, live music, tasty food and great friends make this party a day to remember year after year. We have a ton of beach themed activities going on so grab the sunscreen and wear your beach attire because this Beach Party is sure to keep you rocking from first chair to last call!

Purity Spring Resort XC & Snowshoe Reserve

Moonlight Snowshoe Tour

As the winter moon rises, experience one of our guided moonlight snowshoe tours through NH Audubon's Hoyt Wildlife Sanctuary at Purity Spring Resort.  Take in the tall pines and soft woodland sounds with views of King Pine Ski Area in the distance as you experience the serene trails along Purity Lake. 

All tours are weather permitting. Interested participants are asked to sign-up and meet at The Mill Indoor Pool & Fitness Center across from the Purity Spring Main Office fifteen minutes before the start of the tour. Please call ahead to confirm date of scheduled snowshoe tours.  Rate are $12 per person ($20 with snowshoe rentals - rentals are available at the King Pine Rental Shop)
