Kayaking, Boating & Other Water Fun

Get into the water and a summer state of mind at these NH ski areas!
Great Glen Kayak
Flatwater or whitewater… let us be your guide! Our kayaking trips are designed to introduce your entire family to the watersheds and lakes of northern New Hampshire. Even if you’ve never been in a kayak before, we’ll have you exploring on your own by the end of your trip.
Looking to see nature up close and personal? Our river trips are known for their moose, eagle, and osprey sightings.
Whether it’s a leisurely river trip on the Androscoggin below Gorham or a pulse-pounding whitewater experience on the Androscoggin Watershed in Errol, our trained instructors will treat you to a great day on the water.

Waterfalls & Swimming Holes
There's no shortage of alpine brooks, mountain-fed streams, and roaring rivers here in the Valley. And when summer arrives and the snow melts, it becomes clear why Waterville Valley got its name. The Valley is home to a plethora of exquisite waterfalls, from punchbowls to cascades.
You can access the Valley's waterfalls through easy hikes, with the option of taking Snow's Mountain scenic chairlift to shorten your hike. Take a mid-hike dip in the invigorating glacial waters, or enjoy the thrill of cliff-jumping. Or simply take in the clear mountain air while enjoying the serenity of the babbling waterfalls.
