Waterfalls & Swimming Holes

There's no shortage of alpine brooks, mountain-fed streams, and roaring rivers here in the Valley. And when summer arrives and the snow melts, it becomes clear why Waterville Valley got its name. The Valley is home to a plethora of exquisite waterfalls, from punchbowls to cascades.

You can access the Valley's waterfalls through easy hikes, with the option of taking Snow's Mountain scenic chairlift to shorten your hike. Take a mid-hike dip in the invigorating glacial waters, or enjoy the thrill of cliff-jumping. Or simply take in the clear mountain air while enjoying the serenity of the babbling waterfalls.
