Mini Meisters Race Series ( 12:00pm - 1:00pm )

Get ready for the Downhill Bike Series for kids 16 & under! Races run Wednesday evenings from July 9-August 13. Wrap up the season with a BBQ and awards night on August 20. Series registration is $99, or $24 for a single race. Registration includes lift access starting at 3pm, and does not include rental equipment. All bikes must be on a bike with a wheel diameter no smaller than 20" and be comfortable using hand brakes. 3-4:30pm: registration at the main ticket office (hard cut off at 4:30pm) 5-7pm: Race Course open - each racer takes 2 runs on a designated trail

The Black Bear Half Marathon is returning to Waterville Valley in 2025! Get ready for a day full of family-fun in the mountains with events for everyone - 5k, fun run, 1 mile, plus kids races too! Students, parents, and teachers are beyond grateful for your support last year, which helped to maintain the after-school program at the Waterville Valley Elementary School. 26th Annual Chili Challenge ( 12:00pm - 2:00pm )

Waterville Valley restaurants compete in Town Square for the title of the best chili in the Valley! With your admission fee, you’ll get to sample of every restaurant’s chili and cast your vote to a chili ballot. FEE: $7.50 for adults and $5 for kids 12 and under. The Franconia Notch Half Marathon is a fundraising event in support of Adaptive Sports Partners.
