There is a mountain of opportunity for hospitality staff in the ski industry

Food and beverage are a big part of the skiing experience for our guests, and great help is needed to ensure that guests can find what they're looking for. Dining opportunities range from coffee shops to cafeterias, high-end on-mountain dining to base area restaurants, as well as bars and pubs. Many ski areas host events that range from festivals to weddings and everything in between which also require skilled staff to meet guest expectations. And for those who excel in the kitchen and dining room, working at a ski area also means you'll get added skiing privileges.

Food & Beverage

Ski areas often have resort-operated lodging properties as well, so if you're more of a hotelier, there are opportunities to build a ski industry career in the lodging side of hospitality as well.

Whether you're a current employee looking to strengthen your skills or are just starting out, there are local tools and resources to help you succeed. We've listed a couple of them below, but if you're interested in exploring opportunities at any of our ski areas, give us a shout at (603) 745-9396 and we can put you in touch with industry veterans who can help provide career advice.
