Attitash Mountain

R.A.D. PROGRAM Rad Stands For Racing & Development - Kids Ages 6-12

An introductory junior development program for those children interested in learning about ski racing. Intermediate to advanced skiing skills required. Program follows basic philosophies of USSA (United States Ski Association) and NHARA (New Hampshire Alpine Racing Association).

Bretton Woods

The Bretton Woods Race Team is an Alpine racing club competing in NHARA and USSA sanctioned events. Our program runs every weekend and during school vacations From November thru March. The program features team gatherings, awards, and camaraderie both on and off the slopes. Not just about the competition, in this program your child will develop strong, fundamental skills in a fun and safe environment. The Bretton Woods Race Team is also a great program for children who have completed all ski school programs and are ready to take their skiing to the next level with five levels for all skier types ages 6 to 18.

    Cannon Mountain

    The Mission of the Franconia Ski Club is to impart the joys of skiing and the life-long lessons of healthy competition to the children of its broad and open membership. The club achieves its mission by providing thoughtful, caring and professional instruction in skiing and ski racing and by supporting and sponsoring all levels of NHARA and USSA Junior racing.

    Our multi-week race programs are sure to bring out the best in your athlete with a specialized coaching staff that is consistent week-to-week, custom race training plans and a focus on what it takes to race well on USSA courses. If you want an athlete to be the best ski racer they can be, the Race Program is your answer. Offering U8-U10, U12-U14, U16-U19, and Freestyle Competition programs.

    Dartmouth Skiway

    For the past 20 years, the Ford Sayre Alpine Racing Development Program (DEVO) has given enthusiastic young skiers the ability reach the next level in the sport by emulating the technique of the best skiers on the hill. All DEVO skiers become proficient enough to have a lifetime of fun in the sport, whether or not they choose to move on to competition as they grow older and stronger.

    Gunstock Mountain Resort

    Gunstock works closely with the oldest organized ski club in NH, the Gunstock Ski Club(GSC), to offer a wide variety of opportunities for young skiers, ages 6 to 18, promoting individual, as well as team competition. Racing is organized within the guidelines of the New Hampshire Alpine Racing Association (NHARA). Training takes place out of their clubhouse facility at Gunstock Mountain Resort.

    Gunstock Outdoor Center

    Gunstock Nordic Association (GNA) promotes Nordic skiing and ski jumping by providing quality coaching and top-notch facilities—all in a safe, respectful and encouraging environment. GNA hosts local, state, and national competitions and skiers compete in Nordic events throughout New England during the winter months.

    King Pine

    The King Pine Race Team is for skiers ages U8-U14, who are dedicated to improving their alpine skiing and racing skills. Skiers compete in USSA races sponsored by NHARA (New Hampshire Alpine Racing Association) based on age and ability and this program travels to other mountains to compete against local race clubs at time throughout the winter.

    McIntyre Ski Area

    The McIntyre Ski Team offers an instructional ski race program for children, ages 6 to 13. The program is designed to improve overall skiing within a racing environment. As a member of the ski team, racers will learn the basic fundamentals of skiing and apply these skills to racing. As athletes progress through the program and begin to master the skills of racing, they are exposed to the tactics of ski racing.

    Mount Sunapee

    The Mount Sunapee Alpine Program includes Alpine Racing, Freestyle, Development, Race Development and Snowboard Development.

    Our programs support and follow the philosophies of the US Ski & Snowboard Alpine/Freestyle/USASA snowboard competencies. These philosophies address physical and psychological factors which, in turn, address all aspects of athletic development.

    Pats Peak Ski Team is an independent club that works closely with Pats Peak, training young athletes from 6 to 18+. PPST works under the guide of US Ski & Snowboard and NHARA (NH Alpine Racing Association). Training is mostly on weekends, with night and holiday training also available.

    Ragged Mountain Competition Programs is a United Ski and Snowboard Association (USSA) affiliated team. Our Comp Programs is a weekend based Alpine ski/snowboard program that strives to provide the best opportunity for young athletes of all ages, backgrounds and commitment levels, the chance to enjoy and achieve excellence in alpine skiing, snowboarding and racing. We coach our athletes to become great skiers first, with a broad fundamental skill base while fostering a love for their sport. With a solid foundation of skills and love of sport, RMST athletes will find a lifetime of skiing and racing enjoyment.

    Wildcat Mountain

    The Wildcat Ski Team is an independent competitive alpine racing team and a member of the United States Ski and Snowboard Association, the governing body of the U.S. Ski Team. We specialize in alpine race training for youth athletes at the U8, U10, U12 and U14 age levels. We also offer a training option designed for the high school alpine racer.

    Our goal is to nurture a love of skiing, provide a fun and challenging mountain experience, and to teach the fundamentals of ski and race technique.
