Attitash and Wildcat Mountain Appoints Deirdre Riley as General Manager

Barlett, NH — [September 3, 2026] — Today, Wildcat and Attitash announced Deirdre Riley as General Manager, effective Monday, September 7th. Riley brings more than 25 years of ski industry experience and a proven track record of leadership focused on employee engagement, operational excellence, and exceptional guest experiences.

Riley began her career at Stowe Mountain Resort in 2000 before advancing through leadership roles at Canyons, Park City, and Crested Butte Mountain Resort. In 2020, she returned east to join Attitash Mountain as senior mountain operations manager, playing a key role in the resort's operations and growth. Riley then spent the past two seasons as General Manager of Crotched Mountain, where she championed innovation, team development, and community engagement while leading the resort's continued success. Now, she returns to Attitash as General Manager, bringing extensive operational expertise, a people-first leadership style, and a deep connection to the mountain, its team, and the surrounding community.

During Deirdre’s time at Crotched, she built strong relationships with the team and the community by prioritizing inclusivity, safety, and ensuring that Crotched was a welcoming place for skiers and riders of all abilities.
