Bartlett, New Hampshire—February 2026— New Hampshire’s Epic Pass resorts are gearing up for an unforgettable spring filled with community traditions, high‑energy competitions, and retro‑themed celebrations. Wildcat Mountain, Attitash Mountain Resort, Crotched Mountain, and Mount Sunapee have unveiled their spring event lineups, inviting skiers, riders, families, and spectators to join in the fun.
Community Rail Jams | March 1 and March 29, 2026 - Mount Sunapee’s community terrain park event welcomes skiers and riders of all levels for a laid‑back, creativity‑focused rail jam. A fresh park setup, music, and a supportive community atmosphere set the stage for riders to progress, show off their style, and compete for prizes and bragging rights.
Cardboard Sled Race | March 28, 2026 - A beloved spring tradition returns as participants race downhill in sleds crafted entirely from cardboard, duct tape, wax, and paint. Awards are given for Best Design, Best Crash, Fastest Time, and Judges’ Choice.
Slush Cup 2026 | March 28, 2026 - Mount Sunapee’s signature spring event is back inviting 100 skiers and riders to attempt crossing a 90-foot man-made pond, delivering big splashes, high energy, and plenty of entertainment.
Kid’s GROM Weekend | March 7 – March 8, 2026 - A special weekend of creativity and community in our terrain parks where kids help design and build a park and then compete on the very park they helped create, working alongside our park crew on Saturday and returning Sunday for a fun kids’ terrain‑park competition.
Cardboard Box Derby | March 21, 2026 - A fan favorite returns as participants race sleds built only from cardboard, duct tape, zip ties, and paint. Awards are given for Best Slider, Most Creative, Best Kids‑Only Sled, and Judges’ Choice.
Pond Skim | March 21, 2026 - Crotched's Pond Skim returns inviting 50 participants to test their skills crossing a 100-foot man-made pond.
80's Weekend | March 21, 2026 - Attitash turns back the clock with a full‑blown 80’s celebration. Guests can enjoy a performance by the cover band Girls Just Want to Have Fun in Ptarmigan’s Pub from 2:30–5:30 p.m. and compete in a costume contest for exclusive prizes.
70's Spring Sendoff with Motor Booty Affair | March 28, 2026 - A beloved Attitash tradition for more than two decades, the 70’s Spring Sendoff invites guests to break out their grooviest retro attire. Motor Booty Affair will perform from 2:00–5:00 p.m. on the outdoor stage (weather permitting). Mount Washington Valley Adaptive Sports will host its annual Lost and Found Sale in the South Wing beginning at 8:30 a.m., along with a 50/50 raffle.
Spring Fling and Pond Skim | April 4, 2026 - Wildcat’s most vibrant spring tradition returns with tropical flair. Guests are encouraged to don their brightest beachwear for a chance to win prizes during this high‑spirited celebration. Live music, awards, and entertainment will keep the energy high throughout the afternoon. Pond Skim prize categories include Best Dressed, Best Wipeout, Biggest Splash, Best Run, and Crowd Favorite.
