Snowmakers Seminar, April 30-May 1, 2026, at Gunstock Mountain Resort

Snowmaking is part science, part skill—and the 2026 Ski NH Snowmakers Seminar is designed to help your team master both!

This immersive program focuses on the electrical systems that power modern snowmaking, with sessions on electrical theory, safety, meters, print reading, compressor and pumphouse controls, troubleshooting, snowgun safety and maintenance, and math for snowmakers. Participants will also experience a guided on-mountain tour of Gunstock Mountain Resort’s snowmaking system and take part in roundtable discussions with fellow snowmakers from across the region.

New for 2026: More built-in networking time plus a Snowmakers Relay Contest during Thursday’s happy hour—a fun way to connect with peers before dinner.

*Ski NH member ski areas can register one or more staff for $275/pp; non-members and out-of-state ski areas can register staff for $325/pp. This year's rate includes two FULL days of instruction and a snowmakers relay with dinner on Thursday, as well as lunch on both days, a continental breakfast on Thursday morning, and a full breakfast on Friday morning. Once registered, a confirmation email will be sent.
