Ski NH February Vacation Planning Guide

February 11, 2020

There's a lot to think about when planning a family vacation, so we've provided some tips to simplify the planning process. February is a great time to get out and enjoy NH's slopes and trails with your kiddos; they're itching for a break from school and to get outside to play in the snow. We've got you covered on where to go, how to save, and what to do this February.

1. Pick your mountain (or mountains)!

Visit SkiNH.com to research on which mountain(s) or Nordic ski areas you want to visit. We have 15 alpine areas and 16 Nordic areas to choose from, and each has a profile on our website with helpful information.

2. If you need a place to stay...

You'll find a wide variety of lodging properties throughout the state on our website. Don't hesitate to reach out to us or directly to the lodging partner for more detailed information on the lodging properties.

3. Yes, you can save during vacation weeks!

There are many ways to save at ski areas, and the SkiNH.com Deals section has all the info you need. You should also make sure to check out our events calendar for special February vacation deals and events.

4. What to do other than skiing?

We understand that little legs (or grown-up legs) might not last on the slopes all day, every day of vacation. Good news - ski areas have a full slate of events to keep you and the kids busy during your vacation. Many ski areas also offer cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, ice skating, snowtubing, ziplining or even try a mountain coaster. There's no shortage of fun in NH!
