The Last Run Lūʻau Pond Skim is back at Waterville Valley! We've planned an extraordinary day of complimentary springtime festivities - with the pond skim competition on Exhibition, yard game tournaments, and live music hosted in the courtyard. Pond skimming registration is free with a valid lift ticket or season pass, but we will be capping registration at 75 competitors. No age minimum or maximum - as long as you sign the waiver, you’re ready to pond to skim! If you want a shot at skimming the infamous pond, be sure to get here early! Registration will be held from 10-11am in the Base Lodge on the second floor. The Pond Skim will kick-off at approximately 12pm (LOCATION TBD). Spectators - otherwise known as “Beach Bums” - are welcome to watch and cheer as competitors splash their way across the pond. Enjoy live music at the Freestyle Lounge after the event! SKI DURING THE SOLAR ECLIPSE Get ready for an extraordinary celestial experience at SKI’CLIPSE, an event where the thrill of skiing meets the wonder of a total solar eclipse. On-Mountain Dining: Refuel and recharge at the Freestyle Lounge or Marketplace. The Schwendi Hutte will be CLOSED to the public.
