Ski NH 4th & 5th Grade Passport Frequently Asked Questions:
Do I need to make a reservation to guarantee a spot at the ski area?
At this time, only Pats Peak requires a reservation for use on busy weekends (when the passport is not already blacked out).
What is the 4th & 5th Grade Snowsports Passport?
It is a program that offers one ticket for each of Ski New Hampshire's 32 member ski areas. This program is only available for students in the 4th and 5th grades.
I forgot my password, how can I reset it?
Just click this link enter your account email and you will be sent a link to create your new memorable password.
How do I redeem an offer in the App?

How do I log into the Ski NH Passport App?
After downloading the WinterKids App, select "SkiNH Passport” for New Hampshire. You can click the ‘sign in’ tab on the top right of the App, or you can click any offer and click the ‘sign in to continue' tab. Enter the email and password you used for your application.
I didn’t receive my welcome email.
First, please check your spam or junk folder. The emails come from email@example.com. You can mark the email as ‘important,’ ‘star,’ or ‘VIP’ so you will receive emails from that address in the future.
How do I download the App?
You can search for the WinterKids App in the Apple or Google Play stores or follow one of the following links:
Apple: WinterKids on the App Store (apple.com)
Google: WinterKids on the Google Play store.
I redeemed an offer in error.
Please contact a Ski NH staff member during office hours (M-F 9am-4 pm) at 603-745-9396 or at firstname.lastname@example.org. Provide the name of the child, the name of the offer, and the date redeemed.
We have two eligible kids. How do I include them both in our Ski NH Passport account?
When you sign up initially, there is a dropdown bar to add and pay for a second child. If you neglected to do this, please contact a Ski NH staff member at email@example.com. We can add the child and take credit card information over the phone.
What if my 6th-grader wanted to get a passport last year but couldn't?
While we understand and appreciate your desire to get your kids out skiing and or riding, it remains that only current 4th & 5th Graders are eligible for the Passport. We apologize for any inconvenience this policy has caused.

Can I use the offer at any ski areas of my choice?
No, there is one specific offer for each of the 32 ski areas in the Passport.
How much does the passport cost?
Are there additional offers with the passport?
Are passports available for out-of-state students?
Yes, so long as the students are in the 4th or 5th grade.
What constitutes proof of grade?
We accept the following: a current report card, a progress report, a letter from the school stating your child is currently enrolled in the 4th or 5th grade, or a screenshot of your school account log in with your child's current grade level. Any verification submitted to Ski NH must have this year's date on it in order to be considered. Valid screenshots can include the date on your monitor if your online system does not show the date. If your child is homeschooled and does not have this type of verification, please reach out to Passports@SkiNH.com.
How do I submit proof of grade?
Take a photo, scan, or screenshot of your child's proof of grade as outlined above and upload it to the application.
How long does it take to receive my passport after I have made a purchase?
We should be able to process passport orders within 2-3 business days after receiving your proof of grade document. However, this may be delayed when they first go on sale due to a high volume of orders.
